NIKE – Mobile Point of Sale

OVERVIEW

Inspired by the Apple store customer experience model, Nike sought to build a customized iOS mobile point of sale (mPOS) experience to support existing retail operations and drive an omni-channel consumer experience for all North America Nike stores.

The final design elegantly supported interactions between Nike store employees and customers while providing a solid, scalable cornerstone for Nike's broader digital retail roadmap.

PROCESS

Responsible for end-to-end user experience design, my process included:

  • Designing interaction assets, including hand-drawn sketches, wireframe decks, technical user flows, and interactive mobile prototypes.
  • Engaging in deep collaboration and requirements analysis with Nike stakeholders to establish a scalable design framework to support future-facing digital retail initiatives.
  • Designing, planning, and executing user research activities and usability studies to validate design assumptions and gather feedback.
